The first role of any company is to provide an effective service and product to meet the client's requirements. To do this one must understand the needs of the client, providing the service on time and in budget is obviously of prime importance.
Projects continue to become more complicated with complex 3 dimensional forms, and visual requirements with a high level performance requirement. HULS has recognized this need and recruited staff with this in mind.
HULS have particularly recruited architects and engineers; this allows HULS to clearly understand and relate to the designers requirements and actively participate in the evolution of the details design.
The benefits of this design process is clear, with the final solution closely responding to the original design requirements, whilst retaining a realistic and practical construction approach to provide a roof that can be built on time and within budget.

It is the prime objective of HULS through its subsidiary companies to procure and profitably execute works which confirm to both contractual and regulatory requirements.
To achieve this objective, it is the policy of the Company to plan, implement and control systems which facilitate the management and control of quality on its Projects.
People are our most valuable asset and the operation of these quality systems is based on their co-operation, participation on leadership. Accordingly, quality awareness and its importance in the achievement of the company objective is to be promoted by training amongst all our employees.
It is also our goal to extend the awareness, acceptance and implementation of quality systems to our subcontractors and suppliers.
The Quality Manual describes HULS Quality Systems, which have been developed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9000. The Manual provides the basis upon which the Project Quality Plans are developed. The Project Quality Plans become the Principal documents used to endure that our client's specific expectations of quality are consistently satisfied in accordance with the contractual and regulatory requirements.
Each staff is required to actively promote and implement this policy in the area of activity for which they are responsible.
