The facility, known as Kualiti Alam (KA) Integrated Hazardous Waste Management Facility is located in Bukit Pelandok, near Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. The facility is around 75km from KL and had been receiving and treating various types of hazardous waste generated in Malaysia since 1998. Huls Engineering which is an expert in geosynthetic materials had an agreement with Cenviro to supply and install geosynthetic materials including manpower to develop the hazardous waste landfill. This project is successfully completed for 4 years. Huls Engineering supplied Non-woven geotextile, HDPE pipe and geogrid material during the construction.
